The President holds the office for 4 years. If the President dies, resigns, or gets removed the vice president is right behind him ready to take his place. Only natural born Americans can run for president.

Section 2: Civilian Power Over Military


The President is the leader of the army and navy of the United States, and the Militia of several states. The President can name officially a new person a job if a man/women has passed away, or if they are gone. The Supreme Court does have to okay and check this information on who the person who is replacing the job is. If the Supreme Court okay's them then they become part of the Supreme Court.

The President from time to time gives congress information of the state of union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge, if needed and form a plan. The President shall make sure that the laws are all excuted.

Section 4: Disqualification

The President and all other powers can get impeached or get removed from power by a judge. The President and the Vice president can get charged and go to court, If they are found guilty then they will lose their job in the white house. This will only happen if they commit crimes, bribery, and more bad things.
